Quick Overview

Ease of use begins with the step-thru design of the ST770. Once the user determines the appropriate seat height, the only other adjustments are the exercise start position and desired resistance. The exercise instruction placard is positioned at eye level for easy reference while seated. The range of motion adjustment features five start positions for the bicep curl and six start positions for the tricep extension. The seat is angled for maximum comfort and combined with a low profile backrest to prevent rear displacement during the extension.
